RULES AND REGULATIONS SPECIFIC TO THE RESERVED AREA OF Seacliff SB

Set up may begin as early as 7:00am. The area must be cleaned and vacated no later than 9:00pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day (half-hour after sunset during the rest of the year).

Normal day use fees are charged to ALL vehicles entering the park, (if there's any).
The maximum number attending the event is limited to 250 people. Alcohol restrictions are strictly enforced. Amplified music (including live bands or DJ's) is generally not allowed but exemption may be decided by Park Supervisor on a case-by-case basis. Small radios or non-amplifies music is permissible as long as the sound does not carry beyond the reserved area.

All vehicles must park in marked spaces only. Approximately four(4)parking spaces may be reserved for your group upon specific request. All other parking is available on a first come, first served only at the lower (adjacent to picnic area) and upper day use parking lot. At no time will people attending a special event be allowed to park in or around campsites (even if the campsite appears empty). DOUBLE PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED. Yellow loading/unloading zones, red curbs and disabled parking spaces are strictly monitored and enforced.

Decorations such as streamers or tablecloths must either be tied or taped in place. No nails, tacks, staples or fasteners of any kind that penetrate wood are permitted. Rice, bird seed, confetti, and the like are not allowed to be thrown in the park. Balloons are not allowed. These items are non-native and may affect the plants and wildlife in the park.

The reserved area must be left in clean condition (all garbage and food products deposited into trashcans or if cans fill up, bagged in plastic bags and left next to the trashcans). All decorations must be removed before vacating the area. Recycling is encouraged.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW RULES & REGULATIONS WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT
