1. There are no State operated parking lots at Seabright or Twin Lakes State beaches. Most visitors park on the street in nearby areas and walk down to the beach. Visitors with special transport needs can contact Lifeguard Headquarters for assistance.
2. Twin Lakes / Seabright beaches open at 6:00 am. and close at 10:00 pm. Schwan Lake hours are 6:00 am. to sunset. With prior arrangement, set up for special events may begin as early as 7:00 am. Reserved areas must be left in a clean condition and vacated no later than closing time. Decorations such as streamers and tablecloths must be either taped or tied in place. Nails, tacks, staples or any other type of fasteners that penetrate wood are prohibited. All decorations must be removed and recycling is encouraged. Balloons are not allowed.
3. No amplified music or microphones are allowed. Low volume acoustic music is allowed provided it does not extend beyond the reserved area.
4. Dogs must be on leash and attended to at all times. Owners must pick up after their pet.
5. It is prohibited to release any live animals, insects, birdseed, confetti, balloons, etc.
6. Fires are allowed only in existing fire rings.
7. No alcohol is allowed at any time on Twin Lakes or Seabright beaches.
Failure to follow rules and regulations will result in forfeiture of security deposit and / or citation.
